This method facilitates the process of a possible product complaint. In the event of damage to the goods, it is necessary to IMMEDIATELY ENTER THESE RESERVATIONS INTO THE MOBILE TERMINAL, or WRITE UP A DAMAGE REPORT WITH THE DRIVER OF THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE and make photo documentation and report the complaint to us in writing by e-mail: [email protected]
