When choosing right filter for you, we can assist you and check the dimensions of the original filter and then recommend which filter to buy.

If we don’t have a filter, we can custom make one according to the dimensions of the original cartridge, which can be emailed to us at [email protected]

We will make a custom-made filter within 5 working days. We will inform you about progress in all cases.

Each filter requires a different amount of balls, that’s why we prepared 4 sizes. The recommended size is always indicated in the details of individual filter.

There are always a few extra balls in each package in case you lose one while cleaning or in case your pet decides to have a new toy 🙂

The Royal Filter has a lifespan of at least 1 year. We recommend replacing the medium after reaching this time. It will be visible on quality of micro-filtration medium.

We recommend cleaning the balls based on their contamination. On average, you should clean the balls once a week. Of course it depends on how often is the hot tub or whirlpool used, children etc.

The microfilter medium contains 3 types of balls:

• Black with black carbon fibers for odor absorption
• Silver with silver fibers for better disinfection
• White for pollution indication (after pollution, they will have a yellow color)

The Royal Filter is our product, we did not copy it anywhere, therefore it had to undergo thorough testing on expensive devices and underwent significant changes in design and construction.
